We have finally released the most requested feature: recurring tasks. You can now set up presets like daily, weekly, and custom recurring schedules as you desire. Additionally, we have released recurring calendar event creation, modification, and deletion.

No more need to return to Google Calendar to create calendar events. Now you can create, modify, and RSVP to calendar events directly within OFFLIGHT. And we’ve finally released the client app! You no longer have to struggle to find OFFLIGHT among numerous browser tabs.

Now, with the Planning Command Bar, you can quickly plan tasks for any date you want. Additionally, you can now view all-day events in the calendar.

The long-awaited individual calendar settings for each list are now available for busy users managing multiple calendars. Additionally, you can now configure actions to be taken in Gmail (mark as read, archive, delete) when tasks are completed or deleted in OFFLIGHT

You can now automate workflows by connecting with over 7,000 services using Zapier. We’ve also added a popover list linking action to easily connect individual tasks to lists from any page, and a beautiful animation to show the task you’re currently focusing on.

We have significantly expanded the shortcuts for task navigation and control. We have also enhanced the CMD + Z (Ctrl + Z for Windows) feature, which was previously limited to undoing task deletions, to cover more scenarios. Additionally, we have addressed the remaining issues from the Goals <> Lists overhaul.

OFFLIGHT has revamped the goal feature into a comprehensive list concept, improving UX for easy list creation and editing, while allowing unnecessary lists to be hidden.

This week, we added new features to the Today Lane and revamped the Date Picker throughout the service. We also updated the Content Security Policy (CSP) to improve the readability of upcoming integrated content. The first update is the enhanced readability of Gmail content.

We introduced the Today lane for viewing tasks by date, improved navigation shortcuts for easier task management, and added a new Gmail setting for importing emails by label.

We’ve added a settings page, including a dark mode option, for more customization. Access it from the profile menu in the left navigation bar. The service integration page link has also moved to the profile menu. OFFLIGHT tag icons have been updated to emphasize focusing on important tasks.

Task card readability is improved with a new font and larger size for clearer titles. The Calendar Task Undo feature allows direct task unchecking. Focus Mode clock now shows larger numbers and seconds, enhancing the overall user experience.
